We provide video clipping, editing, and social media content posting services, including creating short-form video clips from streaming or video content and publishing that content to third-party platforms, including but not limited to TikTok and Facebook, on behalf of our clients.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into these terms.
To post content on your behalf, we require you to authorize our application through the relevant platform's official authentication process, such as OAuth. We do not request or store your account passwords. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your account settings on the relevant platform.
By submitting content to us, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to edit, clip, format, and publish that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your original content.
You acknowledge that all content posted through our service is subject to the terms of service, community guidelines, and content policies of the platform it is posted to, such as TikTok or Facebook. We are not responsible for content removal, account restrictions, or penalties issued by third-party platforms.
Any applicable fees for our service will be communicated to you directly and agreed upon before services are rendered. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
You may not use our service to post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, post content that violates any applicable law or third-party platform policy, impersonate any person or entity, or engage in spam, harassment, or any activity that violates the terms of the platforms we post to.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to our business, other users, or third parties.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, engagement, follower growth, or platform performance as a result of using our service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of content, account suspension, or lost profits.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
